Very handy. These will test USB-C to USB-C, USB-C to Lightning, USB-C to USB-micro, USB-A to USB-C, USB-A to Lightning and USB-A to USB-micro. It requires a USB-A to USB-C cable and basic 5 watt USB-A power supply (not included). It tests Data, Data-, VCC, Ground, and C connections. Does not test the extra conductors on Lightning or high speed USB-C cables. Not only does it test conductivity, but I have notice some cables where the VCC LED was weaker indicating a poor quality cable (this could slow charging). So all around a handy device. I have bought 14 so far with only one failure (Banggood replaced the bad one). Thanks for the replacement!
