it's a great tablet with amazing battery life. It has the lowest widevine security level (l3). You therefore cannot view video from the popular streaming services in HD .. only in the lowest quality. for everything else video quality is great

Product arrived and was looking and working great for about two weeks. Then the screen stopped working and the device is unusablele. Since then i am trying to communicate with the costumer service. For TWO MONTHS they deny me the refund, they tell me to reboot the device (i did it twice), with amateur level instructions and they keep making fun of me. I paid 200€ and got this. I am completely disappointed from the faulty product but most of all from the unacceptable behaviour of the after sale department. Awful experience.

A tablet arrived at the end of December, its screen gave up after 4 months, strongly vibrating and jumping around. The tablet is unusable!
