Did not come with a manual. However it was able to pick up most of my ONVIF cameras properly. However, even though it detected my two (V380) cameras, I see no picture from them. It had no problem whatsoever with the iCSee cameras. Could I request that the seller please send me a digital copy of the owners manual or any other instructions. Other than that, it is a fantastic value.
