excellent product. I completely stopped using my old vacuum. I have a dog in the house and this stick really make a big difference. However, there is nowhere a tech support contact mail for parts.

I bought the vacuum cleaner from the EU warehouse Poland, from order to delivery it was 7 days. Carton has been delivered via UPS without damage. The vacuum itself does what is stated. I'm happy.

Habe den Staubsauger aus dem EU Lager Polen gekauft, von Bestellung bis Lieferung waren es 7 Tage. Karton ist ohne Beschädigung via UPS geliefert worden. Der Staubsauger selbst tut das was angegeben ist. Bin Zufrieden.

Nice product, I love it. Maybe the only problem is with it, that it doesn't any have flexible tube, so I can't clean with it under the bed or under a car seat, because of the small space.
