On/off button on the board operates electronically (latches on/off while powered, always off at power-up), would be easy to solder on an external control wire. No markings on the IC. Does produce a slight audible tone when turned on. I'm not even sure what I'm going to use them for, but it was cheap and neat so I had to try one.

I have 16 volts. There was a 470 mf capacitor, so I put it in. It's working for now. It's coming to 20tl. I've taken three of them.
