So far, so good. I am concerned by these LED string lights having had two sets of USB powered ones fail straight away and go into a dead short melting cablelng. So I thought I would try 12v DC as I do like the visual effect, but on reading another review it seems these may have the same problem................ I shall not be be leaving these on unattended, or perhaps not at all, I kinda like my house the way it is and not burnt out! I'll have to give 5 star rating as they work ok at the moment.

I do recommend these led strings... it continues worling after a couple months and my adega looks fantastic !

I use them as bedroom lightning. place them under the bed it gives the idea the bed is floating. The room is filled with soft light one can sleep while not being disturbed by bright light.

Unfortunately the lights went out after twenty minutes. Second attempt there was smoke coming out of an led wire!! Possibly the transformer or the US adapter overheating (both supplied with product)? We live in New Zealand so maybe they are incompatible with our power supply? I have disposed of this product to avoid a potential house fire.

I ordered these lights thinking they would be nice accent lighting. But when I opened the box and plugged them in, they didn't work at all.
