What a LOVELY CHANGE to get a CHINESE Product with WELL WRITTEN, ENGLISH Assembly Instructions ! I had a TINY bit of Filing to do on the Green Plastic Collar that fits over the Joint in the Aluminium Tubes, to get it to fit easily, but Everything Else went together Perfectly. The Tool WORKS - but Not as well as the Fiscars Product - but that is MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE. I have a VERY PAINFUL, Damaged Spine, but I Like Gardening. This Tool will save me a LOT of Bending Down :)
