Both batteries have a cell that is broken. I can't do anything with them because you can't charge them. Guidelines requested regarding returning or refunding but still no response after 14 days.

Beide batterijen hebben een cel die stuk is. Ik kan er niets mee doen want je kan ze niet opladen. Richtlijnen gevraagd m.b.t. terugsturen of terugbetaling maar nog geen antwoord na 14 dagen.
