wingerr it's more for speed spinning the screws after you first break them loose manually, and spinning them back in before doing the final tightening by hand torque. it's not for any heavy duty purposes if you want to rely on it to do all the work; for small precision machine screws it's fine.

wingerr 3 N-m is 2.2 ft-lbs, this is way more than that little motor will be able to drive. That's probably the limit they claim from manual drive, before the internal parts break.

wingerr it only claims 250W max. strictly speaking, they just set a limit above which the panel will never go. Safe to say that the panel will never exceed 250W. Now if they claimed 5W min, then someone could complain that it isn't meeting spec. Truth in Deception..

Q: well this work with a 164amp 12v dc server power supply?

Asked by itsik on 2020-03-21 02:40:58

wingerr If it can provide 164A into 12V, and this welder draws no more than 150A, it should be okay. If the power supply current output is too low you could add a capacitor larger enough to store enough charge for one pulse output.

wingerr maybe not regulated, and drops under load from the open circuit reading of 49V
