Q: Does anyone know how to 'reset' to they pair to each other? They worked fine for a couple of days but then all of a sudden they behave now as 2 separate Bluetooth devices. I've tried turning off and then on, and re-pairing after deleting any already paired connections but no joy.

subnick Just trying turn them off and place them in the charging case.. auto pairing always starts automatically when opening the case. Then try contact support if problem persists!
