Q: Hi I bought a 8 of these kits. I have assembled 4, All run slow. 2 second interval and the pot does nothing to change the speed of the lights. Very disappointing. Isn't the pot supposed to change the speed of the lights.

jasonudall in my case you would be lucky to get it running at all . on my boards one end of the 2k2 resistor has no track going to it . only be linking this to Vcc can I make the circuit work

Q: Hello, how can I change the grooving piece?

jasonudall to change the growing tool...use the Allen key( hex wrench) the L shaped tool..it fits into a grub screw near the end of the tool loosen it carefully since getting it back in can be fiddly . loosen and then remove the grove tool. fit the tool required and tighten the grub screw the grove tool is square in section so note which way round it goes...
