Q: there is no way to get 420Watts from ±24V. check NXP datasheet for this TDA chip.. why supply voltage limit is 28V? chip itself withstand at least ±40V. With such supply voltage 420w is possible..

Toerfa 28 * 1.41 = 39.4 Volt after rectifying. That is near 41Volt. Besides a transformer has a little higher voltage with no load. Better be safe.

Toerfa Output is constant with 100 - 240V input. Not dimmable as you can see!

Q: with that size it can not be more then 40 W what is the real size an output watt ?

Toerfa No load? Watt is load. It could be short circuit load for ex. 66Watt probably short circuit.
