Q: How to change pal or ntsc?

Durete There are 2 small pads at front from the camera. Bridged those pads with some solder change the camera to NTSC format. Default from factory they are unbridged, so PAL format.

Q: Are the mounting holes connected to ground? I know there are rubber grommets, but just to be sure nothing can short out in a crash. Thanks
