Hullman It is a standard android tablet so can be used anywhere in the world. It is wi-fi only, it does not have a sim slot so cannot use 4g-3g services.

Hullman No,to connect a monitor to your phone both devices need to feature a USB C port enabled by DisplayPort Alt Mode (DP Alt Mode). I googled "can I connect a monitor to my USB OTG phone" and clicked the link to uperfectmonitor to get the answer.

Hullman When in use the visible diagonal size of the viewing area is 27.7cm, (one tenth of an inch short of 11 inches). Hope that helps.
