Q: Hello there. I would like to know the way I can reset this smart socket. Now, When I plug it, it just shows a blue light for 1-2 seconds and then again after a while. It is not blinking. It is just stable for 1-2 minutes. I have unpaired it from Gateway. Any idea? Thank you a lot.

Ikariapower It’s not necessary to plug the AC to the gateway but if you don’t you can’t see the consumption!

Ikariapower To switch to the Aqara app, please unplug the hub and then plug it in again, then the hub will show yellow, please wait a while. You will hear "ready to connect, please open the Mi Home app. Now please press the button 10 times quickly to restore the factory settings, and then double press the button within 10 seconds, you can hear "ready to connect, please open the Aqara app ". Now you can connect the M1S hub to the Aqara app.
