Q: Hi everbody, wat wil happen is you do not use a driverblock but put the the neon tube directly on 12 v dc ?

Arthur4all it will NOT work. It needs High voltage to work, that's why you have to use adaptor.

Q: will it work for Jumper T16 Pro?

Arthur4all Jumper T16 Pro is multi protocol radio and binds to FrSky receivers perfectly so I can't see why it wouldn't work with it. I actually have Jumper T16 Pro miself and now going to buy this thing!
