It is not compatible with DELL business laptops and ASUS ZenBooks. The PCs are not startable, restartable or could be shut off while the appliance is connected, also the HDMI is not forwarded properly, the hub hides the option of sound signal transmission from the operating system. USB is also not functioning properly (sometimes works, sometimes not). Either I have a not properly functioning product or it has this poor quality in general, I can't tell. Where can I get help? Is this has a guarantee?
