SorinB I don't think so, because the mounting plate is different (the belt slots are in lower position for Ender 3). If you can manage that, anything else should work.

SorinB Yes, but the kit contains all three brackets, so do not worry about that.

SorinB The extruder is not fully metal, it has bowden tube inside, so the max temperature should not exceed 260 degrees centigrade.

SorinB The voltage should be 24, not 1,4. Check where which end of the cable is going. The motor ends have two cables inverted and the one that connect with the original cable do not have that.

SorinB For E-Steps, you can leave them unchanged, since the stepper motor is identical on both extruders. For precise calibration, there can be some small differences between the two stepper motors, so you can run the extruder calibration routine. About replacing, only two steps: 1- remove the old gear; 2- install the new one.

SorinB Yes,it may fit if the belt fits. The V-slot wheels are at the same distance and the wires are long enough, no worry about that.

SorinB Itworks wit any printer that accept auto bed leveling sensor (that have the dedicated pins on the mainboard or near the print head), with the appropriate firmware.

SorinB Youdon't need TIG, the rods are intended for use with a blowtorch. But, yes, i think you can.

SorinB No, because the threaded rod is shorter. Everything else should be OK.
