MathRoss When fully aroused, I measure 29 cm and 55 mm diameter. Trust me, this underwear is fantastic. I could use a little more ball bag space, but what this has is fine. Also the rear is full sized...not a thong. The full size rear is so much more comfortable. And, yes, you can wear them all day....I do.

Very nice bag for the price. I thought that I would need a larger bag but it is much larger then the images show. Great starter bag for a “bug out bag”. Easily fit three days of supplies in it. For it being a molle pack is a major plus so you can add more to it as you need to.
