BG531044245 I'm facing exactly the same issue

item arrived but it doesn't even turn on,it seems that it was used before,it is not new, when you power it on the display doesn't turn on an it keeps beeping continuously

The camera is absolutely superb for my needs. WiFi reception seems OK and image quality is very good. They provide anything you need to hang on a wall. I did not want to to register to a cloud and the APP (iCSee) allows configuration without signing, which is rare for such devices (although it is still accessing the Internet - I need to block from the router). Kudos for that. Camera also recognized by Synology and Xeoma. Power supply's cable is very short (90cm) and I used a spare 12V/1A which I had and was longer. The only nuisance I found so far is that if you want to change WiFi hotspot, you have to configure from scratch. which in any case is very fast. Did not check night vision yet.
