Q: Can the whole sensor and cable be submerged inside the tank?

Christophe_76 yes: the sensor (metal cylinder) and its cable are meant to be in the water. the electronic box and display must not be submerged. my system is installed since several months and is still in perfect working condition

Just received this set. The sensor works as expected but the controller is not working. It is NOT supplying 24V DC, and the Current input is not working either
