Q: the regulator is 4-cell? or is it only 3 cells?

Q: I'd like to know if I can put the cooler on the DHK Maximus engine in DHK Zombie? I saw that there are the holes to screw a cooler on the engine of the DHK Zombie. I just do not know how I would turn it on. Was it ESC?
