abrietraut It is not recommended. I have not tried it, but by design it will not pump at a decent rate even if the flow is reversed.

Q: is it safe to run the pump dry for a short time. Say 2 minutes?

abrietraut It is best not to run it dry and running it dry too often will probably reduce the lifetime of the pump. Running it dry may cause it to overheat and cause permanent damage. Try connecting it to a water level control switch or something similar to prevent it from running if there is not enough water to submerge the pump

Q: what is the maximum DC Load on the 12V output?

Asked by deepuvamsi143 on 2020-07-24 01:26:27

abrietraut Hi. The manual is not explicit, but it is only intended to power a 12V light (like a LED light strip). It is likely 1Amp or less IMO.

abrietraut Im sure it can. just make sure it is wired the right way around and that the voltage is not too high. some 12v batteries may be 14v or even more.

Q: can this inverter handle 75-100ah battery

Asked by Emperorad1990 on 2019-03-30 08:44:22

abrietraut battery ah rating should not matter as long as it is 12v. the higher the battery rating the longer you will be able to run the inverter from it.
