Wanouch If you press long the double coffee button it will start to dispense coffee until you press the button again. This way you can configure the dispensed amount. (see user manual)

BG143922143 The machine has a cleaning program. The manual describes the initiation (long press of hot water button). The manufacturer advises using citric acid solution for cleaning and descaling.
