Good Day! This is just a tip about the product. The unit have an arm where two springs are to be attached. I am mentioning this because, in the package one of the nuts from this post where the spring is attached, was not attached. I tried repeatedly to attach it, but the spring post consist of one with the bolt attached and the other one cap it by screwing onto it so that the springs will be attacked. After many attempts I was not able to get it to stay, because the bolt is not long enough for it to grab securly to stay on. The bolt is too short, so that is why it came off. It was not far enough into the nut because the bold barely come out on the other side. It is still working with the single spring, just not as responsive. I would send you some pictures but I hope that I explained it enough. I do hope that feedback will be of some help, enough to help the manufacture. It is just that the dual spring bolt was just to short for the nut connection on the other side of the frame so that was why the bolt came off during shipping. L. Stewart

Hello! I like the way that this clipper cuts. Getting the head to come off to clean it is a but scary, because I am afraid that it may crack or break the unit. I think they should creat a release mechanisim. I do like the features so much that I usually do not cut my own hair on my head, but I was confident to do it this last time. L. Stewart

Good day! One of the two watches did not work. I do not have any pictures as yet but I will work on that and get them to you. One worked right away, that is the one with the black strap. The one with the purple strap in the package did not work at all. I was able to get the app for the one that worked and it did connect and worked. I almost forgot to state that there is some inaccuracy in the bloodpresure and heart rate reading when tested against my bloodpresure maching. I do understand that this is not a high priced unit, so I will deal with this one. L. Stewart

mmmthings55 It is 60to 240 volts @ 50-60hz that is within the standard us spec.
