Q: can be connected to local wifi network ( no internet ) ?

Hopentrust I use ICSee WITHOUT the internet - only with a wifi router to my cellphone. See the connection options in the app. So, you can in fact use it without the internet.👍🏻

very disappointing, i was not able to hook the camera to my privet ( no internet ) wifi network, the only way is through the manufacturer, and by a network connected to internet. one have to give up is security password and wifi ditals, is this risinble? I send a mail to the manufacturer he did not answer. I WAS GOING TO BUY 3 MORE ......... Haim
