Q: Cannot connect to bluetooth headphones easy . How can i connect ?

JIMGIANN First you open the Bluetooth and second your headphones in a range of 2 meters. You have to wait 1 about minute for the connection depending your device. If not connected close and reopen your headphones.

Q: is this a stcker or magnetic surface? or both?

JIMGIANN Both. You place first the magnetic sticker and then the metallic bed.
