cardan I think „yes“. Because the firmware flash is only to update and the card have old one. But.I don’t recommend that and it is easy in beta flight. Search in internet how to do that

cardan idont know about frsky, but that reciver have a beatifull conector near to the beeper light connector. One up and the another under. I hope i help you, if not ask again
