The WLtoys 144001 is 1:14 and has a brushed motor and the 144010 has a brushless motor. The first two numbers are the scale size of the cars indicating that they are 1:14 scale cars. The WLtoys 104001 is a 1:10 scale car and has a brushed motor and the 104002 has a brushless motor. Then there are the 124007, 124016, 124017, 124018, and 124019 cars that are 1:12 scale cars as the 18 and 19 cars have a brushed motor and the 07, 16, and 17 cars have brushless motors. The wheels shown are the same ones used on the 144010, 124007, 124016, and 124017 but can also be used on the 144001, 124018, and 124019. They are just offroad wheels the brushless cars came with, unlike the brushed motor versions that have wheels for use on road or carpet.
