Q: Are they unassembled or part assembled? On picture 3 I see male and female connector on one plug, can this be changed easily to male and male or female and female without stripping the whole thing?

Q: Does Gladius Mini S move sideways (not turning) like FiFish V6? Looking at sticks configuration it appears that it does not (one stick supporting up, down, yaw left and yaw right and the other forward and backward without roll to the left or right). Please confirm as this is the final buying point for me.
