Q: A reference is needed. Is the CCW direction as viewed from the front of a fixed wing, or the cockpit? Or is it from the top for a mulitrotor?

AviationAddict The blunt edge of the propeller is the direction it turns when looking directly at the propeller from the front for a fixed wing, or from the top for a quad-copter.
