Works very good in the Arduino IDE. I chose "AI Thinker esp32-cam" as the module and loaded the ESP32_station_cam demo in examples. Works great. It's a pain to use the external antenna. Not only are the instructions bad, the resistor is very very tiny, I ended up losing it and just soldering a wire from the external antenna connector over (hope it wasn't a matching resistor). Anyway it connects to a WIFI access point on the far side of my house out of reach of the normal PCB wifi antenna so I know its working.
