Works like a charm. Solid construction and very easy to assemble. The first tests have been done and they look good. The sound of the laser cooling is quite loud, so it's a pity that the fan runs continuously and not only when you're cutting. One drawback is also that the air-assist doesn't turn on automatically, but that's a known fact about this laser cutter. Just remember when you're going to cut. The setup is simple and the system works well even with the simpler Lasergrbl software. I might switch to Lightburn in the long run.

Werkt als een zonnetje. Degelijke constructie en heel simpel in elkaar te zetten. De eerste proefjes zijn gedaan en zien er goed uit. Het geluid van de koeling van de laser is behoorlijk luid, dus het is jammer dat die ventilator continue draait en niet alleen wanneer je aan het snijden bent. Een nadeel is ook dat de air-assist niet automatisch inschakelt, maar dat is een bekend gegeven van deze laser cutter. Even aan denken wanneer je gaat snijden. Het instellen is simpel en ook met de eenvoudigere Lasergrbl software is het systeem goed te gebruiken. Mogelijk dat ik op termijn wel over zal stappen op Lightburn.
