Very satisfied. The delivery was noticeably faster than stated – the package arrived on Thursday already instead of Saturday. The device was very well packaged and arrived undamaged. After receipt I immediately updated the firmware to the current version,tested the probe tips,and checked the built-in signal generator – everything works flawlessly. Before commissioning I additionally checked the serial number on the official Rigol website,and the device was confirmed there as an original Rigol. It is the Chinese version; on first start the menu is in Chinese,but it can be easily switched to German or English. The power cable is not a standard IEC C13 cable,but has a somewhat unusual connector. However,the cable between power supply and socket can be easily replaced. The power supply supports 100 to 240 Volts and thus works perfectly in Europe. A small note for other buyers: on the product photos the brand name is partially not visible,which initially made me suspicious. The serial number check clearly confirmed the device as original. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase and the device.

Sehr zufrieden. Die Lieferung war deutlich schneller als angegeben – das Paket kam bereits am Donnerstag statt erst am Samstag an. Das Gerät war sehr gut verpackt und kam unbeschädigt an. Nach Erhalt habe ich direkt die Firmware auf die aktuelle Version aktualisiert, die Messspitzen getestet und den integrierten Signalgenerator geprüft – alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Vor der Inbetriebnahme habe ich zusätzlich die Seriennummer auf der offiziellen Rigol-Webseite überprüft, und das Gerät wurde dort als originales Rigol bestätigt. Es handelt sich um die chinesische Version, beim ersten Start ist das Menü auf Chinesisch, lässt sich aber problemlos auf Deutsch oder Englisch umstellen. Das Netzkabel ist kein Standard-Kaltgerätekabel, sondern hat einen etwas ungewöhnlicheren Anschluss. Das Kabel zwischen Netzteil und Steckdose lässt sich jedoch problemlos austauschen. Das Netzteil unterstützt 100 bis 240 Volt und funktioniert somit problemlos in Europa. Ein kleiner Hinweis für andere Käufer: Auf den Produktfotos ist der Markenname teilweise nicht sichtbar, was mich zunächst stutzig gemacht hat.
