CUSTOMERS BEWARE__This watch started failing shortly after it arrived with the touchscreen behaving erratically. It then stopped and I asked for refund. As I complained 8 weeks after purchase they say no refund or replacement is possible because it only has 1 month warranty. This is just not acceptable. I have tried purchasing other smart watches from Banggood, and they have all failed. The quality of Banggood and customer support is terrible. I will no longer use this site and will buy from AMAZON. __DO NOT BUY FROM BANGGOOD AND EXPECT SERVICE OR QUALITY.
